📍 Villeneuve d’Ascq campus:
- Buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Buildings B7, D, G, I, J, K, and M6 are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Building C7 is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- The reception desk is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
📍 Lens campus :
- Building IG is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- The reception desk is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

On the Villeneuve d’Ascq campus, parking is available between buildings D and K, as well as other parking areas around ENSCL and ITEEM.
On the Lens campus, parking is available next to the IG2I building.
Secure bicycle garages, equipped with inflation and repair stations, are accessible with a badge.
👉 Parking accessible with a badge is reserved for staff members.

Classrooms include:
- Connected lecture halls
- Modular classrooms
- Open-access computer rooms (building B7)
- Specialized practical work rooms (robotics, electronics, etc.)
Meeting rooms:
You can reserve a meeting room for club activities or educational projects.

Documentation center:
The Espace Imagine is a versatile and modular workspace, offering mainly digital documentary resources. It is open every day, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The FabLab:
This is a freely accessible workshop with tools for making objects (3D printer, wood cutting, etc.), located in Building A.
The gym:
It is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible with a badge.
The synthetic field:
This is a space reserved for sports activities for Centrale Lille students, located next to the foyer at the Vinci residence. You can request a reservation by contacting the BDS.
Corridor B of the lecture halls:
You can reserve it for an exhibition, a sandwich/breakfast sale, or to promote BDX campaigns. Please Contact Carole Vandenhende to make a reservation.
The CMS card, or student card, is issued at the start of the academic year. It allows you to access buildings, print documents, and pay the CROUS via the IZLY platform.
In case of lost: replacement cards are subject to a fee (€10) and must be requested from the accounting department, located in office A-004, building A. Proof of payment must be collected from the registrar’s office after the card has been issued.
🚊 Public transportation:
The Lille metropolitan area is served by an efficient public transportation network managed by Ilévia: buses, metro, and tram.
V’lille bikes are also available for self-service use, with or without a subscription.

🏢 The student center (MDE):
This is a cafeteria open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is locatedbetween the learning center and the cultural center . Payments can be made by credit card and Izly.

🏊 The Triolo swimming pool:
Near Cité Scientifique, the Triolo municipal swimming pool in Villeneuve d’Ascq features a large pool with a diving board, a small pool, a slide, a weight training area, and two saunas.

This allows us to:
- Ensure that the event complies with the Institute’s regulations;
- Obtain authorization to use the premises and equipment;
- Facilitate logistical support (access to rooms, equipment needs, etc.).

No event organization can be approved without this minimum notice period.
📖 It is accessible through the ENT / Document Library and provides access to all the electronic resources fromthe libraries of the University of Lille and Centrale Lille.
🏡 CROUS residences offer several types of single rooms ranging from 9m² to 18m² with shared or private bathrooms and kitchens depending on the type of room. Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, study rooms, and common areas are available to students. These residences are eligible for personalized housing assistance (APL).
Centrale Lille has partnered with CROUS to offer accommodation to ITEEM students at the Eiffel residence and IG2I students at the Moreau residence.
🏡 The Léonard De Vinci residence is dedicated to students of École Centrale de Lille and is located a 15-minute walk from the school. This residence offers fully furnished single and double studioswith private kitchens and bathrooms.

These residences are eligible for personalized housing assistance (APL).
To help you pay your rent and utilities, you may be eligible for Personalized Housing Assistance (APL) or Social Housing Assistance (ALS). These benefits are calculated based on your income and are paid by the CAF (Family Allowance Fund). You must be a tenant or co-tenant and have a lease in your name to be eligible for financial assistance.
- The ALS can be paid for a room in a student residence or university hall of residence, but also for a studio, apartment, or house in the city. It is the most common form of assistance paid to students.
- The APL is paid directly by the CAF to approved housing providers. Most housing is subsidized, particularly that managed by HLM organizations and CROUS residences.
These residences are eligible for personalized housing assistance (APL).
🍽️ As a student at Centrale Lille, you have access to CROUS catering services.
📍 There are two university restaurants on the Villeneuve d’Ascq campus and near the Centrale Lille buildings: the R.U Barrois and the R.U Sully.
📍 On the Lens campus, the university restaurant is located just opposite the IG2I.

A cafeteria with food and drink vending machines is available in each school building: ground floor of Building E for ECLille, ground floor of Building C7b for ENSCL, ground floor for IG2I, and ground floor of Building I for ITEEM.
☕ There is a dedicated space for students to have lunch or meet up for coffee throughout the day.
Other cafeterias are available on campus, such as the (S)pace Pariselle.
📖 Open to everyone, it allows you to consult on-site or online resources, reserve a room to work alone or in a group, etc.
