📆 The school calendar can be accessed from the ENT homepage.

This calendar is updated by the administration and allows you to:

  • find out important dates for the year (start of term, holidays, school council meetings, etc.).
  • stay informed about internal events.
  • keep track of exceptional closures.

TV screens are installed in several high-traffic areas and continuously broadcast information about campus life.

🗞️ Le Point Actu’ is  a twice-monthly newsletter for the Centrale Lille student community. Sent every two weeks on Thursday afternoons, it keeps you informed about the latest news, events, and opportunities both within and outside the institution.

GED, or “I need” in the ENT, is an electronic document management platform.

Here you can have access to user manuals, official documents, communication materials , and more.

It can be accessed via the ENT, GED is regularly updated by teaching and administrative staff.

📧 Your student email address is essential for the entire duration of your studies. It allows you to communicate with the  direction, teachers, and administrative staff, and to receive all official information.

Remember to check it regularly, and you can even synchronize it with your phone or email application.

All official communications  are sent through this mailbox: don’t neglect it!

📖 The Documentation Center is your main access point to educational, scientific, and professional resources.

Located at Centrale Lille – Building A – Espace Imagine, it is also accessible online via the ENT > Espace Documentaire.

Accessible from the ENT > I need, it is regularly updated by the administrative offices of each internal school.

🗞️ Would you like to share information for the student blog/newsletter “Le Point Actu’” or the staff newsletter “Le Point Com’,”,  TV screens, or social media? Use the Submit a news item form. This form is the entry point for your request.

Would you like to organize a sandwich sale, a party, a conference, or any other club event?

👉 All initiatives must be declared in advance using the event organization request form here.

This allows us to:

  • Ensure that the event complies with the Institute’s regulations;
  • Obtain authorization to use the premises and equipment;
  • Facilitate logistical support (access to rooms, equipment needs, etc.).

⚠️ Please note: Please submit your requests at least 7 business days before the scheduled date.

No organization can be approved without this minimum notice period.

The Communications and Marketing Department manages the promotion of the institution, events, press relations, and the dissemination of information, etc.

It also supports staff and students and collects news to be disseminated via various communication channels (website, social networks, newsletters, TV screens, etc.).
