The graduation ceremony for the graduating class of Centrale Lille Institut is just around the corner!
This graduation ceremony bringing together students from all of our programmes is a major, unifying and emblematic event in the life of the institution.
On this occasion, the Communications Department is looking for 10 student volunteers (from École Centrale, IG2I and ITEEM) to help us make this event a smooth, friendly and unforgettable experience.
📍 Location: Le Nouveau Siècle – Lille
📅 Date: Saturday, January 16, 2027
🕒 Time: 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Your role
Working alongside the Communications team, you will actively contribute to the smooth running of the ceremony:
- Setting up the venue
- Directing and assisting guests
- Seating graduates
- Organising and managing groups of graduates as they go on stage
- And more…
