The Institute provides recycling bins in its buildings.
Please use these bins rather than general trash bins whenever possible.
We also encourage you to apply proper waste sorting in your personal and within student association activities.

The Climate Fresk is delivered across the four internal schools for all first-year students.
Calls for applications are regularly opened for students who wish to become Climate Fresk facilitators.
A recruitment campaign will soon be launched to invite volunteers from the student community. DDRS representatives will be responsible for informing students about the Institute’s sustainability initiatives and objectives. Training activities are also planned.

The Institute encourages students to use bicycles, especially when traveling around campus .
- Secure bicyle shelters (accessible with a badge ) are available in the buildings of all four schools.
- Bicycle repair and inflation stations are also available in these areas.
For several years, Centrale Lille has taken part in the “Mai à Vélo” challenge, a fun opportunity for students and staff to compete together as one team!
Centrale Lille is committed to supporting the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This commitment is embedded in the Institute’s “IMPACT 2035” strategic plan, where all planned action are linked to an SDG.
The Institute implements various initiatives to fight discrimination in all its forms, including:
- Diversity Fresks
- Disability awareness initiatives
- Equal opportunities and social inclusion programs
- Awareness campaigns on sexist and sexual violence
If you are a victim or witness of discrimination, violence, or harassment, please use the Institute’s secure and anonymous reporting platform.
A listening cell is available to collect testimonies and provide assistance . Internal investigations can be triggered, which can lead to disciplinary actions against those responsible .
