The CMS (student card) is issued at the start of the academic year. It provides access to buildings, enables document printing, and allows payments at CROUS facilities via the IZLY platform.

In case of loss: a replacement fee of €10 applies. Requests must be made through the Accounting Office (office A-004, Building A). A receipt must then be collected from the Registrar’s Office once processed.

The application is available via the ENT / My Applications section.

Webaurion is the academic management platform where you can access grades, transcripts, internship and gap year requests, as well as your ENSCL timetable.

For ENSCL students: timetables are available on Webaurion under the “Planning” section.

For ECLille, IG2I, ITEEM, and Master’s students: timetables are available on Hyperplanning.

Regulations can be accessed via the ENT, within each school’s tab:

  • “Reference Documents” for ECLille
  • “Regulations – Curriculum” for ENSCL
  • “Study Regulations” for IG2I
  • “General Information” for ITEEM

The application is available via the ENT / My Applications section.

Administrative registration is mandatory, personal, and must be completed annually.

It is considered valid once:

  • registration fees have been paid
  • all required documents have been submitted
  • the CVEC contribution has been settled

If you wish to apply for a fee exemption, details of the procedure are provided in the student newsletter.

The CVEC is a mandatory contribution collected by CROUS.

For the 2025/2026 academic year, the amount is €105. Depending on your situation, you may either be required to pay it or be exempt.
