The quality of your education and student experience also depends on the feedback you share.
Meetings with school administration teams, course evaluations, the student life experience survey, the permanent survey “I give my feedback”, open amphitheaters, Student Management Committees, institutional committees and working groups: there are many ways to raise an issue, suggest an improvement or simply say thanks.
Student feedback is at the heart of Centrale Lille Institut’s 2025–2030 Quality Policy. Our priority is to enhance such feedback, ensure it is properly addressed and communicate on the actions taken as a result.
“I give my feedback”: key figures for 2025–2026
In 2025–2026 we received 15 student submissions:
- 5 from ITEEM, 4 from ENSCL, 2 from IG2I, 2 from ECL and 2 from Master’s / PhD programmes
- 40% neutral, 33% positive and 27% negative feedback
- 9 improvement suggestions and 4 thanks 💖
By sharing your experience, you become fully involved in the continuous improvement of your school and your degree programme. Our commitment: to analyse your feedback and keep you informed about the follow-up and actions taken.
